Shipping Information

Where do you ship?
Balanced Soles currently ships within the United States only. We do not yet offer international shipping, but we plan to expand as our Pilates grip sock collection grows.

How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all Pilates grip socks orders within the U.S. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery times are usually 3–7 business days depending on location.

How will I know my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unworn Pilates grip socks within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn pairs.

How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Page with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different pair of Pilates grip socks, please return your original order (if unopened) and place a new order.

What if my socks are damaged or defective?
If your Balanced Soles Pilates grip socks arrive damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We’ll replace them at no extra cost.
